From listing our property to securing tenants the whole experience with harcourts is so streamlined due to their innovative approach of having a team work behind the property rather than just a single property manager. I think working the strengths of the individuals in this team is the reason everything has been so easy and trustworthy ! We highly recommend The Ross Realty Team!
ROSS REALTY
Harcourts Ross Realty have got it together in their property management team. We entrusted their team to manage our residential investment properties and they have provided a professional and efficent service. Keep up the great team!
ROSS REALTY
I started using Harcourts Ross Realty a couple of years ago to manage my rental properties because I wanted a company that was local and provided person service that I could trust and I had a consistent point of contact, that communicated with me on a regular basis. They reference check all potential clients and maintain my properties to a high standard. I have been extremely happy with high standards of the service they provide and would recommend they to anyone needing the services of a realty agent.

A good company to have working for you friendly staff
ROSS REALTY
I have only had my recent investment property for the last few years, but my experience has been nothing but positive. I had a run of maintenance issues and tenant changeovers all at once - but my agent handled everything from liaising with the insurance company, contractors and all the while placing new tenants. As a busy full time worker with extracurricular activities and a family, I cannot emphasise the peace of mind this brings. My previous agent did none of this and as a result it took me nearly 8 years to get another investment property. My agent has taken on the complete burden of handling my property and the tenants while leaving me to get on with juggling my other responsibilities. Thankyou!

Everyone in the Harcourts Team have been knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Making the process of leasing out my first house stress free!
