Great Agent - Goes the extra mile
My purchase was a little different, as I was going to be late for the auction. Brett knew this and organised for an agent to take my call. To cut a long story short the purchase went extremely well both for the vendor & for myself only because Brett went the extra mile waiting for me to get to the property to sign the documents & finalize the sale. Brett has been very helpful since the sale, assisting with all I have needed. I would highly recommend Brett.

Fantastic Agent
Brett, as the agent that we chose to sell our property, was exceptional, his knowledge about the area and attitude towards the sale of our property could not be faulted. From the moment we met Brett we felt at ease, he made sure that there was no stress in the process of auctioning. There are no frills with Brett, what you see is what you get an exceptional real estate agent. Would we recommend Brett definitely in a heart beat; would we use Brett again definitely in a heart beat.

Sound market knowledge

Totally satisfied
The process was very smooth. We had some conditions which we needed to sort out with the vendors in terms of settlement, which we thought may have been a bit of an issue. However, the communication between ourselves and Brett and Brett conveying this onto the vendors was great, we achieved the result which we wanted and the vendors were happy too.

Sale of My Property
From the time Brett took over the sale of my property from anther agent, he showed initiative, changed the marketing collateral to better reflect the property and was able to secure a sale within seven weeks (the previous agent had it for 12 weeks with no result). Brett was honest and open about the market, what I could expect and then the outcome was that I received a fair price, preferred terms and it all happened as he said it would. In my mind this is very impressive.
