About Brett

After 20 years in real estate, Brett took the next step in his real estate career and opened his own office with the highly respected Harcourts group. He chose Harcourts as the brand that reflected Brett's values of ethical honest and reliable advice which mirrors that of the Harcourts network, one of the fastest growing real estate networks in Australia. Brett was also impressed by the international collection of offices and the nationwide referral system that allows his clients to be able to interact with him no matter which state they live in. Brett has now been actively involved in real estate for 30 years in sales and auctions of both residential & commercial properties and now adds business broking and property management to his skill sets. His office Harcourts Select has a number of properties under management and he is looking to grow this rent roll by offering a level of service that is a step above his competitors. This is based on his personal brand of service which has always been about ensuring that any advice given is thought through thoroughly and is always in the best interests of his clients. A second great experience

This is the second property that Brett has sold for me in the last 2 years. He is an outstanding professional who gets great results. Both sales received sale prices well above the estimate and that was because his marketing of the properties to the right audiences brought the wider audience to participate in the auction.

Excellent! Communicative and professional

Sale success when others failed

Cannot speak highly enough of Brett as a Sales Agent. After previous disappointing outcomes from other agents, Brett successfully sold my property Brett was realistic and honest with what he felt he could achieve, which I appreciated He was excellent at communicating and very reliable throughout the process His knowledge of the market and subsequent advice was invaluable I found Brett to be professional, proficient and courteous and would highly recommend to anyone considering engaging his services
