Paul's knowledge of the market was very good. We found Paul to be very helpful and the advice and suggestions he gave on getting our house ready to put on the market were invaluable. He was only too willing to help with any queries we had along the way. We would definitely recommend Paul to friends and family and would certainly use him again ourselves.

We met many agents while viewing properties but instantly upon meeting Ben, we knew “that’s our agent!“. Ben is knowledgeably, has his finger on the pulse and is extremely hard working and driven. We have absolute confidence in recommending Ben.

What can we say about Paul Whitney and his team? There are not enough words to describe the excellent experience we have had. This was our first time selling a home and buying a new one. Paul and his team carefully and clearly explained everything and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. The team were very approachable and always happy to answer any questions we had. If you want a down to earth, honest, professional and relatable team Paul and his team are definitely the way to go.

Ben and his team made my house sale process really simple. There was no pressure and guidance was provided every step of the way. Ben appraised our house which was in line with the market and sold it at over the asking price - keeping in mind the appraisal was prior to COVID-19 and the sale occured during the peak of the pandemic. As a vendor, you simply could not ask for any more than that. My house sale journey spanned 6 months and throughout that time, Ben kept in close contact showing genuine care and flexibility - always working around changing circumstances - and we had a lot. He was, however able to just give enough push to keep things moving. This was my first house sale and it can all be a bit daunting. But Ben's candor and high level of cummunications made the process easy. Extremely happy with Ben Gow and his team and will absolutely recommend them and be using them again in the future.

Ben took on my property right at the start of the Corona virus shutdown. This meant he needed to show groups through individually, which required much more work than usual. He always made time for potential buyers and it was his continual efforts that resulted in finding a buyer so quickly. Ben would update me regularly and gave me the information I needed to make a final decision. You cannot fault his dedication to getting a house sold. Would recommend his services to anyone looking to sell. Thanks again Ben

Sold after first open for more than asking price during the covid 19 pandemic. What a star. I was very apprehensive about putting my late mothers house on the market right when Covid 19 was rife. I had doubts if it will sell etc & expected the house value to dip etc. Bens professionalism & knowledge of the industry immediately put my mind at rest during the first appointment. He outlined his marketing approach which was different than the usual given the Covid 19 restrictions & gave me tips on what to do when presenting the home in order to get the maximum price. Ben certainly is a master at his craft, he knows his stuff & is a very down to earth real estate agent. He kept in regular contact with me throughout the whole process & kept me posted on any developments. His expertise and negotiation skills resulted in the house selling after the first open for more than original asking price. Ben, I can’t thank you enough for helping my brother & I close a difficult chapter in our lives with such success & no stress. You are a superstar.

Ben provided an absolutely first class service. From start to finish we felt that we had the best possible support and advice, and we couldn’t have asked for a more active or accommodating agent. Ben secured a contract within 3 days of listing. We highly recommend Ben to purchase your dream house.

The minute we met Paul, we knew he was the agent who would best represent our property. His extensive knowledge and experience in our area supported everything about his marketing campaign. He was thorough, honest and very professional. He remembered the smaller details about personal things we shared with him and always made us feel valued. Paul was extremely calming, which is what we needed as I felt very nervous about selling and coordinating the purchase of our next property. Not once did we feel pressured or our property devalued. Paul kept in consistent contact with us throughout the entire process and answered our phone calls and questions promptly. If anyone is thinking of selling, definitely ask Paul to come and meet you. You will feel at ease the moment you begin discussing how he can best represent your home.
