Alex is, to put it simply, Fantastic! We hadn't moved house in 27 years, he explained what would happen in simple terms. Communication is spot on. He says it how it is; he sold our home after the first open for a price that exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Alex to everyone who is looking to sell in the North East. Thank you so much Alex for making what could have been a stressful experience, easy, quick & simple!

Being a first time home seller, Paul explained very clearly the process of selling. My home, not being in the best of conditions, was sold in 4 days! I had never heard of that happening ever! His attention to detail, his easy-going personality, his experience and knowledge of the industry is an asset to the company. His time spent deciding on what would be the best way to highlight my property, and discussing it with me, was impressive. He, and his assistant, continued to keep in contact with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Paul and Harcourt Sergeants Salisbury SA for buying and selling property.

Ben knows his stuff! He asked us to trust him, we did... and the result was amazing! He made us feel like we were the only clients. Every question or concern was answered, often before we asked it! Ben communicated with us every step of the way and ensured we were happy. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful time more of a pleasure! Would never hesitate to recommend the fabulous Mr Gow. Jan and Chris

Ben Gow LEGEND ! Ben is easy to talk to a wealth of knowledge . When we decided to use Ben to sell our Barker house he went through the property and gave us some tips on what we needed to do to the property to get the best chance of a good outcome . At no time was there any pressure we took his tips onboard made some changes that he had pointed out and was rewarded. One open house a contract and sold! We have had less than happy experiences with other agents Ben did not inflate our expectations he gave his advice drawing on his experience made the whole daunting process of selling a house less stressful for us ! Ben was very professional in his approach and with the sale of our property can't thank him enough. We will be happy to use his services to sell our home property in the coming months . We would highly recommend Ben to anyone requiring a professional no nonsense real estate agent Ben Gow LEGEND

I have recently purchased a property from Harcourts Sergeant and was disgusted to arrive and my newly purchased house to find the green yard i thought i had purchased was no longer among many other issues left for me by the Vendor and the agent, the contract i singed clearly stated the vendor had to keep the property maintained. I phoned the agent and asked what happened only to be told it was not there problem and they where not going to do any thing to help. so please be very careful purchasing any property from Harcourts Sergeant as you will most likely be walking in to the same horrible situation that I have please share and let people know so they can not continue to allow vendors to do this to purchasers.
