We were very impressed with Matt and Amanda's professionalism and attention to detail. We found them transparent with both ourselves and the buyers, always keeping us updated throughout the process. They are both a pleasure to work with and we're very happy with our experience. Highly recommended!

I was really dreading the whole house sale process, the advice from other parties was all doom and gloom up until taking the plunge with Harcourts Sargeant. Firstly, Matt and his team are the ultimate professionals in their field. The entire process from start to finish was seem less, communication was refreshing and the team are nothing short of on point. In a nutshell my property sold in less than a week with no stress. I cannot recommend Matt Sargeant and his team highly enough. Awesome experience all around, thanks very much Harcourts Sergeant, I made a great choice!

Alex is very professional. He was very supportive throughout the process with continuous updates. When we found a house we were interested he insisted on giving him the address so he could do some research to help us find our next home. He got us the price we needed for our house and eager to get what we wanted. I would recommend Alex to anyone that needs to sell their house and I would definitely use him in the future if I needed to sell again.

Choosing Alex to sell our house was the best decision. We anticipated that it would be a long and stressful process, but Alex made all aspects easy, stress-free and (dare we say) 'enjoyable'! He kept us up-to-date with everything, was always polite and enthusiastic, and never made us feel like any questions were off-limits or silly. A+ for customer service! We were very satisfied with the speed at which our property sold and the result. We would absolutely use Alex to sell our house again and would recommend his services to anyone.

Matt & Amanda were fantastic! It was a stressful time having to sell our first home that held so many memories but Matt and Amanda were very understanding and kept us informed at every step. We were so excited to receive multiple offers after the first open inspection and they were able to achieve a great outcome. We would tell everyone not to waste their time with any other Agent, Team Matt Sergeant get the job done!

Working with Ben made what appeared like a huge ordeal at the beginning move smoothly to the time of approval. Ben communicated very well and explained the process clearly and in a professional manner. He is not only very knowledgeable with what he does but also very patient. I would not only work with him again but recommend him to family and friends as well, that want to buy or sell a house.

Ben is an exceptional Agent which we highly recommend. His knowledge, dedication and professionalism is second to none. Ben went beyond our expectations because he was always contactable, he kept us informed throughout the whole process and organised so much behind the scenes helping to make the transition as easy as possible. He helped us also with the purchase of our current home. Many thanks to him!
