Paul is a good knowledgeable agent. He communicates well and kept us updated throughout the process. He tried hard to get us the top dollar but fell short. Thats the only reason for a 4 star rating.

From the word "go" we knew Matt was the agent for us. He sat down with us and gave us an honest opinion on what he expected us to get for the house and he was spot on, getting the upper limit after 1 open (nearly 50 groups went through at that open). This was truly more than we had hoped for. Nothing was too much for him or Amanda and the follow-up was professional and thorough.
