Paul was amazing, he sold the property very quickly. He kept us up-to-date regularly and made himself available at all times. He returned telephone calls immediately, explained everything very clearly when we had our first meeting and communicated with everyone to let us know where things were at. Would totally recommend Paul and if I have a property to sell in the future will definitely do it through Paul

I choose Paul after doing some research online of agents that had good sales in Parafield Gardens. Paul as very confident that he could sell the property which was not a normal property for the area. He got us a good price very quickly which as great. He communicated with us very well and was kept in the loop at all times. Good work Paul thank you.

Matt was easy to get along with and what made it easier to choose him as our agent was that he knew the area & the market in which our property was situated. A big thank-you to Matt & Amanda for their professional approach and a fairly quick sale. Very happy with the end result.

Appreciate the advice given by Matt pre-sale. Matt made it clear he was working for us, the seller not the buyer. Not the cheapest company in the market but it seems you get what you pay for. Thanks Matt & team.

Paul helped us with the purchase of our 1st property. From the moment we put an offer right through to the Sale process , Paul was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. He is very reliable and knowledgeable especially around the Parafield Gardens area. Great agent to deal with.

From our very first meeting on site, everything was smooth sailing. I was extremely happy with the makeover and furniture supplied by the company Matt suggested, the asking price was a little more than I expected and the advertising was really great, online and signage. The house sold at the first open inspection and for more than the asking price. I am totally satisfied with the whole operation and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Matt, Amanda and the entire team. I will most certainly be utilising their services again.

My time spent with Paul was of a very high quality. He was very thorough and enthusiastic about wanted to be the Vendor to sell me property. He had excellent knowledge of the area and the prices of surrounding properties. I will definately use him in the future.

Words can't truly express how we feel about the sale of our house. We went into this process nervous and clueless and in no way ready to sell our first family home. Being our first time selling, we were apprehensive about ending up disappointed with our choice of agent. Well this couldn't be further from the truth! Right from the very beginning, Paul was honest and in full control. He answered every question we had with ease and instantly we could sense his genuine and trustworthy nature. We always knew where we were at in the process with Paul's impeccable professionalism and efficient approach, he was always 'on the ball'. After just one open inspection, our house was sold with a great result and a nice moment was shared as the sold sticker went up. as a true testament to his attention to detail, he gave us a thoughtful gift that showed He was equally interested in his client relationships as he is in the overall success of his own career journey. Thankyou Paul Whitney, you're an absolute top bloke, keep being you, and we wish you all the happiness for the future in your career and your family too.
