Honest, Professional and Outstanding Communication are just a few words that comes to mind when we think of Matt Sergeant and Amanda Luu, who sold our home recently. We arranged to meet Matt, at his Salisbury office, to discuss selling our home, after we were referred to him by close friends. Matt prepared a list of agenda items he wanted to discuss with us, and invited us to add our own topics that was important to us. He systematically went through the list, explaining to us, everything we needed to know, step by step, regarding the sale of our home. He discussed the importance of marketing and presentation and provided tips on what we need to do, to achieve the best outcome. His knowledge and experience is second to none which is why we were totally convinced that we had the right team looking after the sale of our home. We invited Matt to our home, so he could view the property, prior to the first inspection, which is when we met Amanda Luu for the first time. Amanda talked us through the winning contract, line by line, and we signed that night, for a little more than what we originally expected, which was just a terrific result.
