Paul Whitney was very professional and very helpful with the buying and selling of our properties. His knowledge was second to none and we would highly recommend Paul in all selling and buying properties. His expertise was exceptional and we will be using Paul in the future. We were very happy with all the outcomes done by Paul.

Paul came across as a confident reliable sales agent. He reassured as we would get what we wanted for our house or very close too. We ended up taking a much lower offer as Paul advised we would all of a sudden not get anymore. He has great communication skills and will do well.

Was thinking about going with a different agent until someone recommended we get someone local to appraise our house. We saw matts sign around the corner and called him. He had an in depth knowledge of the area and the current market. He gave us suggestions to stage our house for sale and his appraisal was more than the price the other agent had suggested we would get for our house. Once we decided to sign with Matt things progressed quickly and the team gave us regular text updates at each step. Our house sold after the first open and settled at the end of last week. We cannot thank Matt and Amanda enough for helping us to sell our home.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She was great help and answered every question thoroughly and promptly. She was very kind and helped me in a few stressful situations. I really appreciate the time and effort Amanda has put in for us to move into our home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.

Amanda was very proactive,, courteous and prompt in facilitating the contract, information about the property and contacts for a range of suitable independent inspectors for assessment of the building and pest risks associated with the property. Liaison between the conveyancer, ourselves and the agent went smoothly and the purchase was settled efficiently and courteously on time as planned.

Amanda was exceptionally helpful from the moment we had first contact with her, arranging an open outside of normal hours, explaining to not only us - but our parents - every step of the way. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, and that we were comfortable with the purchase at all times. We would recommend her to anyone.

We highly recommend Paul - we purchased a home recently in January and found all of the negotiations in relation to the purchase of the property to be very professional. Even when the property at settlement was not presented well on getting access to the property Paul liased with the owners and arranged for the collection of the additional items left at our new home. This was done very professionally with sensitivity on both sides. Excellent negotiator and handled the complaints we had with the vendor on settlement with excellent conflict management skills. Thank you Paul for assisting in our purchase and we are loving our new home.
