Great sale outcome
Overall very happy with Paul. He knows the parafield market very well and recommended a great sales campaign. This allowed us to achieve a sale price well above what any of us thought we would get. Happy to recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in the area

Professional and knowledgeable
There are a lot of things I could say about Matt as I have been dealing with him for years! Bottom line is he gets results due to his knowledge, communication skills, honest approach and most of all his tenacity to act for the vendor to get you the best solution! He has a no nonsense approach but used with integrity, respect and genuine desire to help his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friendly feedback
The only down side that we were disappointed in was the fact that at times we felt that we were the middle party between the two agents . We were happy that Matt enlisted the help of another agent but the communication between the two was poor and we felt like we filled in the gaps too much. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt again and just felt that our feedback could be helpful for the future.
