Malcolm proved himself to be very knowledgeable about the local area and market conditions and was always very responsive with both us and prospective buyers. Malcolm was also very happy to provide advice on all aspects of the sale and sale process, as well as recommendations on what we should focus on for the sale (so as to not over capitalise). We exceeded our sale price expectation at auction on the first attempt so could not recommend Malcolm more highly.
