A thoughtful, focused and very effective sales agent
Our latest family property sale to be handled by Craig was again an example of Craig's very thoughtful, practical and effective promotion of my Fathers estate into what was a thin market suffering from low demand. Significantly Craig's open house inspections showed him engaging very effectively with potential buyers. He ensured he understood buyers interest and position on price so we could set reasonable family expectations as we pushed for the best sales outcome possible. 1st class!
Sarah helpfully lead us through the process of selling our house. Sarah was always there to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable with, and aware of any negotiations that were taking place. Even after the sale, Sarah was still very much involved in making sure we were happy with the outcome. I would highly reccomend Sarah to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest and reliable agent.

Very good agent
