I had always noticed the strong sale results Shenal has achieved in the Clayfield/Ascot/Hamilton area, so when the time came for me to sell, Shenal was a clear choice in considering which agent to choose. From the moment I engaged Shenal, she worked diligently, tirelessly and around the clock to prepare my property for sale, and ultimately had 16 open homes in under 3 weeks. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Shenal - in my view she went above and beyond to ultimately achieve the best result possible. In this market, sure it is easy to sell. But Shenal did not rest on those laurels and worked incredibly hard to engage as many buyers as possible, achieving a benchmark and a result well above my expectations. I must admit I was not instantly sold on the auction process, however Shenal put forward an evidence-based proposal that made sense, which ultimately achieved me an exceptional result.
