Andrew and Cain have been great in helping us sell our house. We initially met Andrew as a potential buyer on another property and was very impressed with how approachable and proactive he is, and decided to choose him to sell our house. Andrew is very transparent, quick to respond to queries, and has been very helpful in giving us a lot of general real estate advice. Overall a very smooth and easy procedure, and we’re very happy with the selling price. Would definitely recommend Andrew and his team :)

I enjoyed working with Tania. She always returned my calls and kept me informed of what was happening in the market. I had a long wait time before my new house was ready and Tania never hassled me but kept in touch until the time arrived when I was ready to sell. One of the things I really liked was the fact that I had a say in who bought my house. It did not just go to the highest bidder automatically. This action allowed me to have a stress free and contented closure of my 28 years in my home. I would recommend dealing with Tania.

With an expert knowledge of the Alderley area and Sam her wonderful assistant, Janine was the perfect choice to sell our parents’ home. Janine provided us with several detailed marketing options. Although she recommended an auction, we decided on an ‘off-market’ sale as we dealt with our recent bereavements. Her generous and caring approach guided us through the deceased estate process which was further complicated with a sibling in lockdown interstate. Janine is an excellent communicator and negotiator. We thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home, no matter what the circumstances.

Buying a home is stressful, particularly in this market. Janine certainly has a great manner and approach and while I did not particularly like the 'off market' process I guess the current market supports such an approach to the vendors benefit. In the knowledge that one day, I too will be a vendor, I would suggest or recommend to both Janine and Ray White that a few touches would go a long way to securing my business in the future. Like arranging for the lawns to be mowed the day prior to settlement, maybe pest control etc. Relatively cheap stuff in the scheme of things but would leave a very nice impression. But as a standard sale process, and our interactions with Janine, it was certainly a pleasant experience.

Ben was very knowledgeable about the market and specifically the property as he had sold it previously. Ben was very attentive and made sure we understood all of the procedures involved in the purchase and was accommodating of our requests. Ben made us feel that he was on our side and helped us to secure the property. 10/10 would highly recommend!

When we decided to sell our home of 40 years we contacted Ray White Alderley. A lovely lady named Tania appeared on our doorstep and straight away we felt at ease with her. Tania is extremely knowledgeable of the current market in our area. She is very approachable and has a fun and outgoing personality. We felt very relaxed with Tania and we trusted her option and advice. We were updated every step of the way through the open houses, and feedback of what the potential buyers thought of our property. It was decided our best course was to go to auction. We didn’t end up going to auction as Tania got us a ‘cracker’ price which exceeded our expectations. It is a very stressful selling a home which you have been in for 40 years. Tania was understanding and was there when we ask even the silliest of questions. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend her enough or the staff at Ray White. At the end of all this, I feel like I made a friend who is very approachable & had our interests at heart. Thankyou Tania

Emily is a very kind thoughtful and honest person. She worked really hard to market our property and get the best price for us. I believe that she always has the best interests of both the seller and buyer in mind. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she went above and beyond. We have another property that we are going to sell and will be using Emily again. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
