When I went to sell my place, I sat down with two other estate agents and chatted with them. From there, I was given their sales plan. I decided to allow Janine (the third estate agent) to sell my property for two reasons: 1) I have used Ray White at Alderley on three other occasions to help me sell and buy properties in the area; and 2) Janine had a better plan to sell my place than the other two estate agents. From wo to go, Janine and her team made the process of selling as seamless and as transparent as possible. She always took the time not only to explain things to me, but she always told me why she was doing something a certain way. Both Janine and her PA, Sam, were not only experts in their fields, but were also lovely ladies as well. I cannot speak highly enough of Janine and she truly does stand head and shoulders above her competition. Yes, she did get me an incredible price for my place and I cannot thank her enough for this. She is a very good person and an exceptional real estate agent. I do believe that Ray White at Alderley is lucky to have such a lady in their employ.

Tania worked hard (really hard) to sell our house - it was not an easy sell for a variety of reasons (i.e. tenanted, needed a new bathroom, issues with the foundations, asbestos roof, main road etc.). She worked persistently, and tirelessly, to find the right buyer for the property - because as she says, there is always a right buyer. Tania went above and beyond at every level. Her communication was excellent, timely and regular, her willingness to keep trying and keep working on different approaches, and her negotiation skills with the tenants were all excellent. The thing I appreciate the most, was that Tania was honest - I don't believe in trying to cover up issues, and Tania was honest with all prospective buyers, even though that made her job harder, and take longer. If and when I am in a position to sell a house again in the future, I'll be happy to go through Tania again - no hesitations. I'd also happily and willingly buy through Tania if the opportunity presents itself. Tania came to me highly recommended (by the person I bought the house from, many years ago, who has since retired), and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to sell or buy.
