Kim was highly professional, very industrious, prompt and efficient with correspondence, and accurate and honest with respect to price expectations. The price achieved was very close to what Kim had advised, which had not been inflated like other agents who offered their services. It was a difficult sale due to my personal circumstances, the Christmas period, a flat market and prolonged heat waves! Kim dealt with all of this in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner.

Andrew was extremely helpful from the beginning of our settlement and helped us seal the deal.
