High quality
We had such a positive experience with Natalie Cowlrick. My husband and I are am first home buyers so we had a lot of questions about the steps involved. Natalie was engaging, personable, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. We never felt silly for asking questions—every query was met with patience and genuinely helpful information. Her calm and professional approach during our negotiation period gave us so much confidence. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Outstanding Agent with Second to None Service
Natalie has been such an asset on our property journey. We first engaged with Natalie by chance a few years back when we started thinking about selling our property. Over time we built such a great relationship that we would often turn to Natalie for advice on anything property related, and she always delivered. When it finally came time to list our property there was no doubt who we would call. When things didn’t go quite as planned in our preparation for market Natalie was right there to support us, going above and beyond to help us get to market in the timeline we wanted to achieve. And what a campaign it turned out to be. Natalie had generated so much interest that the property sold within a week, with more than 10 high quality offers. Natalie was always on the ball, highly responsive and a great communicator. Importantly, in what can sometimes be seen as a shady and dishonest industry, we found Natalie to be extremely honest and ethical towards both us as the vendor and her client, and any potential buyers. Natalie made it all SO EASY!
Natalie knows her stuff. She was very knowledgeable, explaining everything every step of the way which i definitely needed seeing this is my first ever property purchase. She was very patient answering my at-times stupid questions. She was honest and upfront about everything about the property pointing out things that could have been problematic. She even went the extra mile and picked me up from my current home to take me to the new place seeing i don’t drive and my son was working. Overall, Natalie made my first (and probably only) property purchase so easy, it seemed seamless, it seemed to go through without a hitch. I can’t thank her enough.
