The Right Match

Thanks so much to Kathleen and Matty for helping us to purchase 1 Yoga Street. We moved to Brisbane 2 years ago from regional Queensland with work and wanted to give our boys a opportunity to finish their education at a great school. We found The Gap a very welcoming community and we felt at home and relaxed straight away. It was a very easy transition. Fantastic to work with!

Having met Kathleen as buyers we were confident that we would work well together and we have been blown away by Kathleen's commitment, communication and work ethic. Our property was tenanted and we were keen for our tenants to leave prior to the end of their lease. Kathleen negotiated respectfully with our tenants to achieve a good outcome for both them and us.
