The local agent I approached initially thought they could sell the place for about $400,000 which was well under my expectation. I then contacted Dominico and he said 450 to 475. I told him if he can get 475 We have a deal - Two weeks later. The property was sold which was a record for the area. People need to always remember it’s their investment. Don’t believe the agent but Dominico is a guy that absolutely push the boundaries and go beyond and above for the sellers. He is a go-getter who refuses to settle for the normal. I will never use another agent again. Highly recommended and while I don’t often do reviews I feel compelled to do so because of his professionalism, attitude and never say die laser focus. Honestly, probably one of the best agents in Queensland if not Australia.
