Xander is terrific, follows up on things, very professional and always ready to help solve for any issues along the way. We found him to be always prepared to go the extra mile and felt supported all the way through the sale of our property. Would highly recommend.

Could not have imagined a smoother process for what would normally be a stressful time. Tania's willingness to always make herself available for even the smallest matter, and her promptness in all of her responses was greatly appreciated throughout the entire period.

We couldn't have chosen a better person to sell our apartment than Shenal and her team. Shenal knows the apartment market better than anyone else and understands exactly what buyers are looking for. She also clearly enjoys selling apartments and sees value in apartment living as the new norm in Brisbane. Shenal's enthusiasm for our property gave us confidence to sell, and we were not disappointed with the result. We also really enjoyed working with Shenal on a personal level. She is a fantastic communicator, professional, and warm. We had full confidence in Shenal's ability to get the job done, and we have already recommended her unreservedly to our network. We will of course use her again for our next sale. Thank you, Shenal!

I consider the sale of my father's house as a positive life event thanks to the professionalism of agent Emily Magee. At auction, the property was marketed as first time on the market in 57 years. This was our family's only home, meaning its sale involved significant emotion, making it a milestone life event for us. From the time we invited Emily to visit the home with the intention of possibly engaging her services, we were confident that she was the right person to entrust for this most important responsibility. Emily had a clear plan, assisted us with trades and professional services to prepare for sale and communicated with us and all others involved in a reliable, dependable and professional manner. I did not anticipate meeting the buyer, however after they requested meeting us, the buyer spoke glowingly of Emily's professionalism from her perspective also. I am very confident that our wonderful father who loved his home but unfortunately had to vacate it due to advanced dementia, would have approved and delighted with Emily's empathetic and respectful transition of it to a new chapter. I am sure also that he would have approved and delighted in the lovely new owner . I have no hesitation in recommending Emily Magee and wish others a positive experience such as we enjoyed.

Tania recently sold us our current property. We then had no hesitation in engaging her, and her great local knowledge, to sell our outgoing property too. Fantastic communication, efficient, organised and proactive, throughout both transactions. Very happy with the result, and the representation on our behalf. As a result we would highly recommend Tania as an agent.

Sally was great, she is a professional and personable agent - Sally went over and beyond to meet both our needs as the Sellers and tend to those questions and requests from the Buyer at every stage through to settlement.

Selling my late mother's home of 30 years was a big deal and Emily was the perfect agent for this job. Her market knowledge, capacity to assist and empathetic repoire were very important to our family. She went above and beyond to guide us with everything leading up to the Auction and then secured us a before auction offer that was too good too refuse. She listened to us and got us exactly what we wanted. Her professionalism, intentions and character are highly commendable and we could not fault her at all. Selling a home is a big deal, Emily made it one of the smoothest transitions for us. We are forever grateful. The Carson Family.

We were so lucky to have Tania guiding us through our first home purchase, which can be an overwhelming experience. She was very prompt and professional and ensured we had all the information we needed, from the initial inspection right through to settlement. We would very much work again with Tania and Ray White Alderley!
