Shenal was brilliant to work with from the open houses, auction and post sale follow up. Nothing was too much trouble for Shenal where she went above and beyond answering questions and following up on my behalf. Shenal was professional and on time throughout the sale process and would highly recommend.

I met Tania a few years ago when I asked her to give an appraisal on my house at Stafford. I was really impressed by her professionalism and local knowledge- she is a local! When my circumstances changed I called Tania and she sold my house quickly and with no hitches. Everything was explained clearly and she kept me up to date as the transaction progressed. I can highly recommend Tania, she is friendly and realistic and I was very happy with her service.

Shenal is a highly effective, welcoming, hardworking agent. I initially met Shenal when starting to look to purchase a new home. She listened to what my specific criteria were and suggested properties that she thought would suit me. I really appreciated that. She worked hard for her vendor but also with matching potential buyers to the right properties, it can be very tricky and she managed that very well. Shenal takes her business very seriously and does a spectacular job of it. I would highly recommend Shenal. Louise

Tania was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable with her portfolio of properties. Purchasing between the Christmas and New Years break should have been a little tricky, however Tania and her team made it feel seamless.
