Don't bother with anybody else
Sameer, along with third parties he recommended (eg conveyancers) provided the smoothest property transaction I have ever experienced across multiple states. He always made an effort to keep me informed after inspections and how he was following up buyers as well as going above and beyond for organising other services required. I would highly recommend anybody to check Sameer's availability first before thinking of others.
