Real estate agents have a certain reputation no doubt, and it was so refreshing that Janine is breaking those stereotypes. We experienced Janine to be friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, proactive and accommodating of our needs and requests. As an intermediary she eloquently brokered a deal between the sellers and us, which prevented the property from going to auction so we could seal the deal prior.
