Finding an agent with the skills and experience of Tania made the sale of a property from interstate during COVID lockdowns made the process as effortless as possible. Tania’s communication was excellent and knowledge of the properties in the area was key to the success of the sale. Tania went above and beyond all expectations, both before, during and after the sale of the property.

Andrew was friendly and easy going. More like dealing with a friend than a realestate agent.

After a year of looking, we'd become disheartened and frustrated with some of the agents we'd come across. Sameer was different - incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He went above and beyond for both us and the seller.

Andrew was a pleasure to deal with! He communicated well throughout the whole process, from preparing to sell and through the various stages of the contract. He was upfront and open with us, setting optimistic yet also realistic expectations prior to going on the market. We have been incredibly happy with this whole process, which really has been thanks to Andrew’s dedication selling our house.

Emily exceeded our expectations as a realtor. She was always professional, highly responsive and answered questions before I even had to ask. I found Emily to be a very down to earth and kind person which made working with her a wonderful experience. She will be the only person I contact if I ever sell again.

Emily was able to sell my property within some very tight timeframes and for a price that was above my expectations.

I highly recommend Sameer to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. He was honest and very responsive with a great understanding of the market. Selling during COVID presented some challenges but Sameer was always happy to adapt and adjust depending on whatever restriction came up. Thanks Sameer!!

Sameer is a hard working, positive and cheerful agent who is a genuinely ethical skilled negotiator. Sameer has a very positive outlook, works incredibly hard, and ensures he is always available to his clients. He has excellent negotiation skills but does not have the crass veneer that some agents have. I have been in the property market for nearly 40 years and Sameer rates as one of the few agents who combines professionalism with hard work and integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending Sameer. Well done!
