I enjoyed working with Tania. She always returned my calls and kept me informed of what was happening in the market. I had a long wait time before my new house was ready and Tania never hassled me but kept in touch until the time arrived when I was ready to sell. When we decided to sell our home of 40 years we contacted Ray White Alderley. A lovely lady named Tania appeared on our doorstep and straight away we felt at ease with her. Tania is extremely knowledgeable of the current market in our area. She is very approachable and has a fun and outgoing personality. We felt very relaxed with Tania and we trusted her option and advice. We were updated every step of the way through the open houses, and feedback of what the potential buyers thought of our property. It was decided our best course was to go to auction. We didn’t end up going to auction as Tania got us a ‘cracker’ price which exceeded our expectations. It is a very stressful selling a home which you have been in for 40 years. Tania was understanding and was there when we ask even the silliest of questions. Nothing was too much trouble.
