Andrew has provided vert high level of professional support throughout the purchasing process. Ray White, Alderley also provided other professional support in terms of insurance until settlement (4 weeks) and provided necessary handyman and building inspector and other related contacts. One area, i should have been more comfortable receiving more information until the contract become unconditonal, as couple of things went wrong about some repairs need to be done by the seller. As he was taken another back up contract before our contract become unconditional (only came to know on last day of the contract becoming unconditional), created huge issue for us. Seller who agreed to undertake some repairs based on building inspection repair, suddenly backed up just 30 minutes before the contract become unconditional. Andrew did not help much during that situation other than saying, if i don't want proceed there is another contract for Seller. As a result of this i am keep spending lot of money fixing number of things, which supposed to be seller responsibility. Almost there was no maintenance carried out during past several months, hence it causing lot more difficulties for us a new owners
