It really has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew from the very first contact requesting an appraisal. I wasn't expecting such a prompt response and his judgement as to a listing price proved to be spot on and we sold very quickly with only two open homes. Everything was thorough and professional and he provided many tips and insights. When I went to sell my place, I sat down with two other estate agents and chatted with them. From there, I was given their sales plan. I decided to allow Janine (the third estate agent) to sell my property for two reasons: 1) I have used Ray White at Alderley on three other occasions to help me sell and buy properties in the area; and 2) Janine had a better plan to sell my place than the other two estate agents. From wo to go, Janine and her team made the process of selling as seamless and as transparent as possible. She always took the time not only to explain things to me, but she always told me why she was doing something a certain way. Both Janine and her PA, Sam, were not only experts in their fields, but were also lovely ladies as well. I cannot speak highly enough of Janine and she truly does stand head and shoulders above her competition. Yes, she did get me an incredible price for my place and I cannot thank her enough for this. She is a very good person and an exceptional real estate agent. I do believe that Ray White at Alderley is lucky to have such a lady in their employ.
