Gerrard has been extremely accurate with values and sales estimates throughout many dealings. there is no one else I would trust to market and sell my property! Great communication, Honest advice. and he will always tell you exactly how it is no matter how hard that conversation may be! There are not many agents that would go around to your property and mow the grass before an inspection.... Gerrard did!
