Where to even start... Janine just gets it. She does her job meticulously - and I do not say that lightly. I have high expectations of people who perform any job and in the same regard hold equivalent respect for those who take it seriously no matter what it is, what their title, or what industry. Janine has worked with me since April to give me a realistic view on when I could sell my property in QLD (I live in NSW) and what conditions would best help it to sell. She sourced quotes for me, picked up the keys from the rental agency, sorted out the leftover rubbish, sent me updates when renovations were completed... Literally did every single thing that I could not even imagine finding in an agent in Sydney for another property I was trying to sell. I just cannot express to you her professionalism, dedication and 'get the job done' attitude. I only wish Janine existed everywhere in every service industry I have to work with! If you are looking for real numbers, a plan to sell your property and a job that will be done with complete transparency, you can stop looking.
