With a wealth of knowledge in his field and the local area both my wife and myself found it not only easy but a pleasure to deal with Andrew of Ray White Alderley. With a no nonsense approach, what we wanted he was only too happy to hear and put forward to the sellers, nothing was a problem unlike many of the other agents we've previously dealt with who we're unpleasant and forceful. Knowing the area as a seller and us as buyers everything pitched was accurate and not misleading making the buying and settlement process run smooth without the amateur mistakes and hickups. As a purchaser, I mainly dealt with Simon. I felt really comfortable with Simon, which is not what I can say for many other agents I have dealt with in the past. His 'what you see is what you get attitude' was quite refreshing. He has been thorough and straightforward throughout the whole process, before and after the auction. He has been very accommodating with viewings of the house and always more than happy to answer any questions, or liaise with the sellers when necessary to obtain answers. My overall experience in dealing with Simon and Harcourts in general, has been very positive.
