You don't need to find another agent - do yourself a favour and give Jonah a call.

We were looking at downsizing to something smaller and were thinking about who we could trust to sell our house. We noticed that the house down the road from us sold in under a week by Jonah so we decided on giving him a call . First impressions are everything to us and in Jonah we immediately saw passion, excitement and above all respect. I'm not talking over the top salesman type passion and excitement but honest, measured, calm and confident passion and excitement in our home and in working with us to attain our goals. It goes without saying that of course we wanted the best price for our home in the shortest timeframe, but my wife and I believe in karma, so, it was equally important to us that the agent treat not only us with respect and dignity, but that they also treat the prospective buyers with equal respect and dignity to make their journey in purchasing our home a happy and pleasant experience for them. Jonah listed our house on the internet on the Wednesday and personally delivered flyers to homes in the surrounding area together with suit and tie in this unbearable heat (no outsourcing for Jonah). We had an open day on the Saturday with a offer on that day, followed buy more on Sunday. He then guided us through the negotiations to a signed contract on Monday at a price and terms we were extremely satisfied with. Where most agents say job done at this point, Jonah did not rest easy and maintained open house viewings for the following two weekends just in case and until such a time as the contract went unconditional. This kept interest in the house going with a prospective plan B at the ready. The five stars we awarded Jonah are a true reflection and honest representation of our personal experience.
