Xander is a skilled communicator- he listened carefully to how we wanted to proceed and delivered exactly what we wanted, with an outcome that exceeded our expectations. Selling a property where we don’t live in the same city could have been a challenge but Xander was able to organise clearing, cleaning, marketing, staging and auction with a minimum of fuss and at a reasonable cost.
