Xander is genuine and down to earth in a way that I was honestly a little skeptical and off put by at first as I thought it might be an act. I can confirm though, it is no act - Xander was incredible and could not be happier with him as our agent. We actually interviewed Xander (and others) initially and went with a different agency and then came back to him after we were unhappy with that original agency. Throughout that process (including after we had gone elsewhere) Xander was always available for questions, support and provided honest feedback and perspective we really appreciated and when we ran into troubles he was able to step in and help us through that difficult time. We then moved to him as an agent and were incredibly thrilled by his work ethic, communication and support he gave us - he answered all our questions and would consistently go away and find out more informatiuon and resources for us whenever items came up unexpectedly. He was also incredibly proactive in finding and communicating with buyers and consistently kept us in the loop about what was happening with the property and buyers. Despite being off market, Xander was able to quickly find a number of engaged buyers and we ended up selling for more than we expected, quicker than expected and with minimal conditions thanks to the hustle and energy from Xander and his team. Would absolutely reccomend him to anyone, he's a great person with great energy and a great agent.
