Exceeded all expectations

Xander and his support team exceeded my expectations in all areas. Importantly Xander managed the marketing of my house in a professional and proactive manner - seeking out and following up potential buyers. I had 10 registered bidders at my auction - that did not just happen by accident, and it facilitated me achieving a price which I was very happy with. In addition, there were other unexpected services which made the experience of selling my house and buying my new one as easy as possible from my perspective. - accessing his pool of tradespeople and coordinating their work on the minor issues requiring attention prior to sale. A logistics matter I was very happy to not have to manage. The quality of work undertaken by these trades was excellent - identifying properties which met my brief for my next forever home and then acting as liaison with the other real estate agent in the process of my offer to buy Nothing was ever too much trouble (although I am sure at times it was) and Xander was always responsive and helpful. I know I was not his only client, but his approach made me feel like I was. If you want to sell your property - you should not go past Xander.
