Vince Le Ray made me feel at ease when discussing the approach to marketing our retreat on the river. He is very experienced in the area and as an agent. He was completely reliable and kept in contact directly and often as the property was marketed and opened. He did not try to ‘sell’ me his approach. He was very easy to work with and discussed with me the flow of interest by potential buyers. He takes a comfortably relaxed and practical approach and allows the property to display its virtues and invite the potential buyer to see themselves living there.
