Jemma was helpful from the first time we contacted her regarding the listing, answering all my questions and sending me follow up emails with additional information including encumbrance documents so I had a full understanding of the purchase. Ongoing, Jemma and her team have been very quick to respond to emails and keep us updated on the purchase process. Jemma makes sure her team are as aware of our purchase as she is so we always have someone we can speak to should she not be able to respond. The process was smooth from start to finish. Sales Agent Paul Price was in regular contact, responding to queries as as required. Responses were also notably prompt. Initial descriptions of the process were clear and uncluttered. Communication techniques from Paul and company were excellent. House was sold readily on opportunity through efficient communication with both buyer and seller. Knowledge of area was very sound, with wise recommendations about timing and approach to the whole process. Explanations and instructions were very clear. Expertise was demonstrated on a number of occasions. We were both most impressed.
