Not my agent, but a willing helper
I purchased a block of land and was told it was competitive as other prospective purchasers had also placed offers on the property. Somehow, I did not hear back and presumed I was not not successful, however, when I followed up I was told I had been successful. The purchase proceeded in the usual manner thereafter, albeit with a long settlement as titles had not been issued. Around and shortly after the settlement, I had a number of questions and found Jemma to be very willing to make enquiries on my behalf, and she responded in a proactive manner.

Exceptional
Both Jemma and her PA Sarah worked very hard to sell our property very quickly and it was a smooth process. As we do not live near Goolwa not having to go down there to sort anything out was very handy and all of the help we needed with finding a conveyancer etc was never too much of a hassle for Jemma and Sarah.
