Jemma made selling so easy and stress free.
Jemma was so easy to work with when I sold our home. She was available, easy to reach and flexible with her time. She organised the photos and marketing which turned out amazingly. Due to our circumstances, there was a delay in settlement and Jemma kept in contact with me and the purchaser, helping to smooth the way for settlement to happen. I really felt like Jemma was in my corner. I would definitely recommend Jemma if you are thinking of selling on the southern Fleurieu Peninsula, her knowledge and experience are exemplary. Hassle free selling
From day one working with Jemma was a delight. Nothing to much trouble and updates when needed. Jemma's approach to the potential purchasers was positive but not aggressive which meant the purchasers were prepared to review their intentions and in many cases come back for a second look. Jemma is what all real estate agents should be. Positive, warm, professional and above all thorough.

Professional expertise amazing!!!!
Mark made himself available for an evaluation on our house at short notice for which we were very grateful. His knowledge of the local real estate market is impressive. His recommended price range was extremely accurate and his marketing suggestions were valued by us. The brochures and property description that he produced and the photographs selected for the Internet and sign board were spot on and really helped with our sale. We only needed two open inspections. Mark and his wife Sam were extremely professional at the opens and we were kept informed on a regular basis. The overall Harcourt's experience could not be faulted. We highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone wishing to put their property on the market.
