Ease of business in the difficult Covid times.
Thanks for facilitating through the purchase of our property, Jemma. It was unique in a way due to the Covid situation that we went through the whole process or procuring it without ever meeting in person, but it all went so ever smoothly without a single hiccup on your side. What a great person to deal with!!
Jemma has a great knowledge of the Coorong Quays area as we purchased a block on Wentworth Parade from her in 2016 at a great price where we going to build our retirement home. However we kept looking around for building ideas and always seeing her at open inspections where we eventuall decided that if an existing house met our needs we would buy instead of building. Jemma worked with us and found many choices over the last 6-12 months and then eventually gave us a lead on a house that was not listed yet through another agent which we purchased at a pre-inspection. Jemma worked with us to then sell our block and got us a good offer within weeks which was a surprise as the COVID issues were starting to impact on land sales. Property Purchase
We contacted Jemma and asked to view a property listed online - she agreed to meet on very short notice and was very knowledgeable about the property which was a new listing. We made an offer on the day which Jemma did an excellent job of working through with the owner so we achieved a very quick acceptance. We're very happy with the result and look forward to moving to our new home shortly.

Awesome Agent!
We couldn't rate Jemma and the team at Harcourts highly enough! Under difficult circumstances for us, being stuck in Qld during border closures and unable to see the house for ourselves, Jemma handled the sale from start to finish in a very professional and effortless manner and communicated with us every step of the way. She even took our family in SA through the property in our absence and took photos of them putting the Sold sticker up on our behalf.
