Jemma is a true professional in every sense. She knows her business and her local environs which was very reassuring. She was easy to relate to, friendly but professional, highly motivated, keen and happy to share ideas on getting my property sold asap (ie marketing via brilliant, clear drone pics. Pics included the dimensions of property on the 'For Sale' sign erected on the property making it easier to prospective buyers to get an idea of proportions etc; tidying property up etc) She was very encouraging, honest and acted with integrity every step of the way. Jemma showed her experience and knowledge in the sale of the property as above. Easy to communicate with and was able to answer all our questions . I would like to mention that we were disappointed regarding the presentation of the property at settlement. Items were left in wardrobes ,clothes ,shoe,dishes in dishwashers ,in kitchen cupboards and apparently as per owner things had been stolen , sadly for us not replaced. I had spoken to Jemma about it when she rang and I did say to her that the there was a time factor for us to organise a house inspector so I guess we have to wear that about the lights and switches . The past experience with our Real estate agent had organised an inspection with us on our house/garden before leaving to make sure everything was presented well and in order which is great thats how I would have like it ,only respective to the new owners.
