Jemma knows her business. She’s honest, she’s hard-working, and she tells you how it is. I appreciate her honesty. I appreciate her professionalism. If she provides you with an estimate, you can be 100% certain that she’s on the mark. She doesn’t quote to get the job she quotes to get the sale. She makes suggestions and recommendations. If you’re not available for some reason and something needs to be done, she’s more than capable because she can arrange for one of her team to take over that task when you’re not available. There is nothing in the world that would ever make me say anything against Jemma because she’s up there in the top 1% of agents that I’ve dealt with all around Australia and I worked within that market for over 40 years.
