I contacted Harcourts St Helens and Heidi came out to inspect my property and I was very surprised in the appraisal as it was much higher than expected. The marketing was terrific and the sale process was easy. I highly recommend Heidi and her team 🏆🏆

Heidi and her team were great to deal with. Having bought and sold more than 10 properties previously, dealing with Heidi was the best experience of all the agents I have used. Her insight into our needs was astonishing, with the properties she recommended being more suitable than the ones we had identified ourselves. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Heidi and Garry from her team. Their knowledge and experience in the wider area helped us to quickly find a wonderful home. Throughout the process we were kept informed and supported in so many ways, making us feel comfortable and secure all the way.

Heidi is a real estate goddess with the patience of a saint. Got a dream but not sure whether you need a retail premises, a tiny plot of land, an ex-seafood factory or actually just a rural dwelling? Whatever the hell it turns out to be, she will embark on the journey with you. When it comes time to sell, she will diplomatically inform you of a reasonable asking price for your property, assist in getting it schmicked up, and even indulge your creative whims on the listing description (if you are that way inclined). Prefer phone calls? Prefer texting? No problem! Property a little bit out of the ordinary so taking its time to sell? Don't worry, we will see what we can do to make the wait easier. And so happy when the property finally finds its new people. 10/10 would real estate again. Except my partner loathes moving house and would kill me. Honourable mention also to agents Garry and Tom and PA Amanda for patiently assisting with the circus!

Our experience with Heidi was great! We found her to be very proactive and always working to get our unusual property sold. I think one of the best things was the communication throughout the process, we had fortnightly updates on any activity that had occurred relative to our property and any questions we had were answered quickly.

Heidi and her team managed the leasing of our investment property then assisted with the sale of the property. Her rental team were highly professional and were very good communicators and handled any rental issues in a professional and prompt manner. This was the reason we went with Heidi for the sale of the property. We met the sales team who are very friendly, honest and professional. Their knowledge of the market locally was excellent and very realistic. The rental and sales teams were very easy to work with and because of the level of knowledge, communication and professional set their standard is to the highest quality. Of course all this led by Heidi who is the friendliest and most professional person I have met in quite some time. Thank you Heidi and Harcourts. Paul & Sharon McLay

Heidi is so personable and also knowledgeable about local real estate trends, she suggested a reasonable asking price for our property and whilst we didn't quite reach that target we were given choice of 3 purchasers and went with a cash buyer as this was the most convenient for us. The advertising package is comprehensive, Krystal photographed our property extremely well and is a delight to deal with. Gary showed potential buyers our property and kept us informed of progress and possibilities. There are many properties available on the East Coast at present and for Heidi and her team at Harcourts to sell our house within two weeks was exemplary. Well done everyone, thank you.
