Absolute professional , honest , keep in contact all the time . Respected the property at all times . Heidi sold my property in very short few weeks , I wouldn’t recommend any other agent to deal with . I am very pleased she acted as my real estate agent for the sale of my property . Can’t rate her high enough .

The staff at St Helens were extremely helpful especially Garry, my first contact. Also staff at Rosny office were excellent as the Contract was forwarded to that office and the signed and witnessed copy returned to St Helens. A problem free experience except for the self-sign aspect of the Contract of Offer as my solicitor could not access the document. However, the subsequent Word document was sucessfully accessed.

Heidi is totally committed to providing the highest level of professionalism, and achieves that 100% . She uses lots of different strategies to promote the property which is for sale, and has excellent communication between vendor and purchasers. I would trust Heidi and her team to give their utmost, in a very caring, fun, confidential and personal manner. Her knowledge, judgement, ideas and personality allow the buying/selling process to be streamlined and encouraging.

We engaged Heide to rent and subsequently to sell our property. In both services we were kept fully informed of the management and sale processes. During the rental we received monthly reports on the state of the property and all receipts were on time. Similarly with the sale process we were kept abreast of inspection results and the marketing images of the property were excellent.

Thanks again to Heidi and her team for assisting us through the sale of our property. Of the many agents we have used over the years, Heidi has to be the most professional, helpful and friendliest we have ever had. Highly recommend her services whether it be buying or selling.

Heidi is amazing. We first met when we were looking to move to St Helens. Heidi was the only agent we dealt with who stayed in contact with us, let us know when houses in the area were coming up that we might be interested in and was genuinely excited for us when we found a place, even though it wasn't one of hers. When it was time to sell we never considered anyone but Heidi. She is passionate about real estate and will look after you. She'll even sing if you ask her nicely.

Heidi and her team at Harcourts have been nothing but fantastic, going above and beyond for our family. Heidi’s communication and hard work has been nothing but exceptional! Highly Recommend!

Heidi Howe in my experience is an excellent example of a good agent: she outlined terms and conditions clearly and kept me updated continually until the offers came through in a very short time frame and closed the sale at a higher price than expected. Post sale, she has continued to be helpful . She knows her market . She also is a very nice, empathetic person.
