Heidi knows her market and the area. She is happy to give suggestions and to be pro-active, but always with great communication. Heidi has a great team alongside her, all of whom are friendly and confidential, with a nice bit of fun thrown in!

Excellent communication throughout and valuable advice on buying property in Tasmania. Especially at a difficult time with borders closed and my inability to travel. Even had to do my pre-settlement inspection for me!

Garry and I were delighted with the approach taken by Heidi and her team. The sale of our property was handled in a very professional way with efficiency and friendly service. We were always greeted with a smile which made the whole process a pleasant experience. Everything went very smoothly with no problems and what was promised was done straight away so we had no delays waiting for things to be done. I don’t think there is a review high enough to describe Heidi and her team at Harcourts. We brought a lovely property through Heidi and it was smooth sailing, put us onto an amazing conveyancer and we just went to settlement, they went above and beyond and beyond and beyond. They literally did. Please if your looking property and or property management, Heidi and the Harcourts St Helen’s team are a definite.
