Heidi Howe was an AWESOME agent! He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He had a really good understanding of the local market and we’d use him again the next time we buy a home.

Heidi' s knowledge was superb. We have not done any selling before, and did not have much of a clue how things worked in Real Estate. Heidi was always there for us with answers to any questions we had and could not have been more help and gave us wonderful guidance.

I found Heidi very honest and knowledgeable and prepared to go that bit extra to ensure all my enquiries and questions were answered. Heidi was also very helpful in arranging personal meets and discussions with the vendor. I would not hesitate to refer Heidi and the Hardcourts team to friends.

Heidi was an integral part of our property purchase, Heidi help our daughter buy her first home and we decided we would purchase a home not far from our Daughter. Heidi was always professional and really looked out for us, she was very knowledgeable of the real estate in all the area's we were looking and could not have been more honest and genuine. We developed a great relationship with Heidi over the time from first contact to the final purchase and, we would highly recommend Heidi and Harcourt's real estate agents if your looking to buy or sell for that matter.

Heidi and her team have been fantastic. When Heidi herself was busy with other clients, her team went out of their way to understand my needs and investigate for me, ensuring follow up was made in a timely manner and with the utmost of professionalism. Heidi, herself, went out of her way to source information I sought from her about my purchase and to explain in terms I could understand. She kept in touch with me throughout the purchase process, ensuring I had everything I needed, and offering support if I needed it. She took the time to listen to what I needed and used her understanding of my situation to make sure my purchase was seamless. For anyone who values the personal touch, highly professional support and an amazing team approach when looking for and buying property, I highly recommend Heidi and her team at Harcourts St Helens.

Heidi was easy to communicate with and had a far better understanding of the value of my property than I did. Very happy with the outcome of my sale (and previous purchase) using Heidi as our agent.
