A steady hand at the wheel of a ship...
Kelly was our agent of choice in a plethora of others. We talked to her about what we wanted and needed in terms of going through the process of selling our family home - a first time experience for us. Kelly was generous in the time she took to listen, and advised us to think about 'who' we thought our purchasers might be and then assisted us to develop an appropriate plan of action which would maximize our result. Kelly walked the path with us at our pace and put in the extra effort to help us sell our home from a distance by organizing quotes, and meeting with tradespeople and stylists, even before we had signed on the dotted line. All of this was incredibly helpful. Kelly has an easy-going, relaxed and friendly personality and made us as the vendor feel like she was in our corner and we were important to her. Navigating the path was less confronting and intrusive to our privacy than I thought it would be with Kelly on board, and I'm now very glad that we harnessed her years of experience and listened to her when she said "You can't sell a secret!". Kelly was responsive in her communication and she made the administration side of things easy. I would recommend Kelly particularly for first home sellers, but also for anyone else who does not wish to feel like they need to question the honesty, integrity and commitment of their agent in selling what is often the biggest financial and emotional 'asset' people own.

Wouldn’t choose anyone else!
Joe is a fantastic agent and highly professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept us up to date every step of the process. After everything we went through with a previous agent, Joe made things stress free. He is friendly, approachable and genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for the vendors. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic communication and very helpful
We've dealt with other real estate agents before and found them to be really poor on communication. Kelly was the opposite! She was always very helpful and got back to us when we had questions in a reasonable timeframe.

Got the Result I was after

Friendly Agent
Belynda was a very friendly and helpful agent available almost every a day all days even during weekends. Her communication is excellent; however, it could be appreciate it to know more details about the house that were not included in the brochure, like the internal speakers sound connection, accuracy of appliance and windows functioning. In overall, we were satisfied with her services
