A genuine professional!
Liz had a great feel for the market in my area and for my property type. She was very professional in getting my sale moving, dealing with opens and negotiating with buyers. As a first time experience with selling property, Liz provided helpful advice and was very proactive in keeping things moving. I'd recommend Liz for any sale. Very happy with Belynda's work ethic
Belynda Nairn worked very hard to sell my late husband's property at Noarlunga Downs. Opens every weekend, and she was always available at the end of the phone whenever i needed her. Well presented and very well informed young woman. Would recommend her as a trustworthy and reliable agent.

Belynda was extremely helpful
I appreciated Belynda's prompt response to my initial enquiry re sale of our property. And within the week we were ready for the first open inspection. Her feedback from prospective buyers was great, and she kept me informed by providing viewing reports after each inspection - which doesn't always occur! Belynda also followed up those who had viewed the property. She also successfully negotiated on my behalf to obtain a further reduction in the property I was purchasing.

Amazing agent
Belynda was amazing, she went above and beyond in selling our house but also in helping us buy our new house. She got us a better price then what was being offered to us and even managed to get the sale price of our new house down which was amazing. Belynda has great communication we felt we always knew what was going and why and she was very respectful of us and our home. We would highly recommend Belynda to anyone looking at selling their home
