Great Result
Working against some trying external factors, Jarrod achieved our targeted sale prices for the 4 properties we had for sale in a very satisfactory time period. Considering the properties were unlike anything else in the suburb or surrounds, with a minimum of advertising, Jarrod converted almost every offer received into a sale. We would have no hesitation in using him again & recommending him to others.

Professional Agent
Joe was an excellent agent. He kept me up to date on the openings and potential offers via text messages, emails, phone calls and mail. He even went the extra mile of putting out and returning bins, removal of junk mail and the occasional vacuuming the carpets for open inspections. It gave me such peace of mind of selling my house while living interstate. Joe was also willing to give suggestions to help corner the market and increase potential buyers response. Would definitely recommend Joe!
Having to sell my mum's house after she passed away was a daunting task. But Joe's professionalism and extensive knowledge on real estate meant that the right work was done to the right standard for the right cost, so the house could be sold at the right price in the right amount of time. If you're thinking of selling a house, you'd have to have something wrong with you to not at least consider going through Joe. I know I'll be using him if I have to sell another house!

A very professional and personable agent
I would not wanted anyone else other than Joe to arrange the sale of my deceased mothers home. As you could imagine at a time like this you are looking for someone that is compassionate and understanding in his dealings with a deceased estate, Joe was all of that and more. In every way I found Joe to be very professional, honest and competent in the way he handled himself throughout the sale process. Great Agent
Joe was a pleasure to deal with, and conducted himself with a professionalism that gave me great confidence from the outset that I would get the best possible result. He organised a gardener and maintenance crew to come and give my house a tidy up before going on the market, and advised the best way to present each room for opens. My house sold after the first open, having received five offers. After negotiations, the house ended up selling over the advertised price- I couldn't have been more happy!

Lovely Agent
We found Liz to be a great asset to us when selling our house. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge, but she also has a beautiful personality which made our dealings with her a pleasure.
