Joe was an excellent agent. He kept me up to date on the openings and potential offers via text messages, emails, phone calls and mail. He even went the extra mile of putting out and returning bins, removal of junk mail and the occasional vacuuming the carpets for open inspections. It gave me such peace of mind of selling my house while living interstate. Joe was also willing to give suggestions to help corner the market and increase potential buyers response.
