Joe has sold two houses for us and has always been professional and kept us informed through the whole process. When we are ready to sell again we would not hesitate to have Joe again and would always recommend him to family and friends alike

Yes Thank you very much for helping me with the sale of my home. If I get anyone looking at selling I will send them your way as your support and constant feedback was exceptional. I rate and value your participation as 110% as you were always upfront, very honest in your approach and right down to the bone on everything. Unlike some of the other wah, wah, wah consultants that always talk rubbish and try to oversell themselves you have been fantastic. Thank you again Joe, great dealing with you

Joe was very informed about the property, answered all our questions and initially we changed our minds about being in the buying market but Joe was very encouraging and also very approachable. He was very honest and though he worked hard for his client, the vendor, he also was understanding of our requirements. In the end we were very happy with the purchase and are still enjoying our 'new' home. I highly recommend Joe as a honest, reliable, no games. Real Estate agent.

Joe was the thorough professional. As we were looking for an investment property, he listened to us and better still, understood our needs and objectives. The properties he showed us were all good quality and satisfied our needs. He didn't waste our time showing us everything . Our resulting purchase is one which ticked all our investment boxes. A1 agent who we would highly recommend

Joe was helpful, open, obliging and professional in all facets of our recent purchase. Joe always took the time to respond fully to all our enquiries during the process, and gave honest, timely and helpful information in his answers. Joe made what can be a daunting process a breeze. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Joe is a pleasure to do business with, and a true professional...thanks so much Joe!
