The agent is non responsive.inspections not done ,poor hand over ,no direct line to property manager ,Property managers are rude and unresponsive I would not recommend Harcourts

As a first time renter, Jane Jeffery’s was very quick with communication to ensure myself and my other applicant applying had all our documents correctly. Once we were approved for a property she was very congratulative, very quick to gettting back to our questions and concerns. Also to mention during our rental search Harcourts has been overall helpful with ensuring emails in regards to past applications, reminders of inspections and emails for further documentation. going through the process of applying for a rental property with Harcourts was a good experience. The agents who met me at the inspection were lovely and answered all of my questions; and my application was then processed very quickly and I was told of the outcome within less than 48 hours. The paperwork was all done very efficiently too, and Jacqui was personally lovely to deal with and very polite and respectful which you dont always get as a tenant unfortunately. They were great to deal with and i'm glad that they'll be managing the property.
